Beauty Is Wellness and Leena of MySkin. They discussed various foods that are amazing for your body, skin, and health. Stress busting foods include dark chocolate, oatmeal, chamomile tea, and oranges. Beige foods are ones to avoid. Jolene mentioned a great daily detox, which I definitely am going to try - warm lemon water. It's a great way to get rid of the toxins from your body of the food you ate the night before or what you ate earlier in the day. Another tip I learned was that any food with bioton, like swiss chard, is great for your hair!
